Community is a BIG WORD.  Traditionally a "community" has been defined as a group of interacting people living in a common location. The word is often used to refer to a group that is organized around common values and is attributed with social cohesion within a shared geographical location, generally in social units larger than a household.

A community association is a real estate housing group that, in addition to federal, state, and local governmental laws, share laws specific to their community, are membership governed, and share common areas and facilities.

What makes a great COMMUNITY?  Well, that is what we are here to find out.  We have some good ideas, and those are and will be posted in this section.  But we want to know what you think.  Condovoice.com is dedicated to it's online membership, and as we share what we know, our knowledge base will grow to great volumes of information that is specific to our lifestyle.  Our COMMUNITY section publishes articles, pictures, and videos that all contribute to building a better community.

Welcome to the Community Praise section of Condovoice.com. Does your community have a tireless volunteer that deserves recognition?  Did your community do something great, for themselves or their greater community or city or state?  Did your community, board of directors, or group of community volunteers earn an award or receive special recognition by their group or city or government?  Volunteers do so much good, and get so little attention and recognition. People that love helping others don't do it for anything other than the desire to help.  Not for even a pat on the back or an "ataboy" or the handshake or hug of thanks.  In fact, as many of you who have served your communities know all too well, that it is a thankless job that not many appreciate.  But we do, and we know the value of your helping others. Submit a TICKET with your Praise report.  Upload your story in a text document that explains it all.  Include pictures and/or videos if that helps tell your story.  Condovoice.com is dedicated to improving the life of communities, and we need to hear your CONDO VOICE, or the Praise report will never be told, never shared.  Share it, and others in their communities will get ideas of how to help their communities.
